Trustees: Trustees oversee the lawful and proper running of Learning From Young People's Lives in accordance with its stated aims and charitable status. All the Trustees are voluntary. Chairman of Trustees: Dr Sarah Fitzharding is a Social Scientist who trained at the universities of Cambridge, Yale and Harvard, specialising in the study of highly accomplished men and women in all walks of life. Sarah is currently working with J. Walter Thompson in New York. 2nd Trustee: Erling Kagge originally qualified as a Lawyer, but quickly became Norway's most acclaimed Polar Explorer alive today. He has been celebrated on the covers of both the National Geographic and Time magazine. After a year's sabbatical reading Philosophy at Cambridge University, Erling went home to found Oslo's most innovative and successful book publishing house. 3rd Trustee: Alan Hunt has extensive experience of managing the employee dimensions of organisational development and change. He has worked with a number of blue chip organisations to implement employee participation and communication programmes to win the hearts and mind of the workforce for mergers, productivity and process enhancements. Alan is a Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, holds the Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. |
